Wekiva Culinary students focus on six key areas of study: Gastronomy (Savory Cooking), Baking & Pastry, Safety & Sanitation, STEM: Food Science and Culinary Math, Business: Accounting and Inventory, as well as Front-of-the-House Sales: Cash Handling, Marketing, and Customer Service. Most of these skills our students acquire are VITAL for success in MANY jobs (not just restaurant work).
